How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is a flat fee that depends on the size of your order, where you are located in the world and whether it is sent tracked or untracked. Untracked shipping is available on non-unique items (e.g. stickers, postcards), tracked shipping is mandatory on unique items (e.g. original paintings, journals etc).

Why do I have to pay for shipping?

Shipping rates are calulated as fairly as possible, whilst ensuring I am not out of pocket. Bigger orders (over £50 within the UK, over £100 outside the UK) qualify for free shipping as my way of saying thank you.

Will I need to pay VAT or customs duties?

For non-UK orders you will be liable for any VAT or customs duties that your country may charge. I do my best to avoid items getting stuck in customs by posting in flat envelopes whenever possible and labelling accurately. However, please understand it is not within my control to avoid any such charges occurring.

How long will it take for dispatch & delivery?

Orders are usually shipped within 2 working days. You will receive an ‘order complete’ email (note: this can sometimes get stuck in spam) on the day your order is posted. Delivery estimates according to Royal Mail: UK 1-2 working days, EU 3-5 working days, worldwide 5-7 working days. Please note this is best case scenario and international mail usually takes longer. Due to Covid and ongoing strike action these timings may also be affected. Please allow up to 7 days (UK), 14 days (EU) or 1 month (worldwide) for your order to reach you.
